Before and After School Care

Before School Programme

We provide care for your children from 7.30am in a calm, safe and friendly environment. Children are welcome to bring breakfast items with them and eat at Oscar. Quiet games and activities will be provided and students needing to finish off homework will be supported with this. At 8.30am, students head to their classrooms. We will escort young children to their class.

$10 per session per child / $13 per session including breakfast (7:30 am- 8:30 am)

After School Programme

We provide care for your children from 3pm to 6pm. Young children are collected from their classrooms and older children make their own way to the Oscar room onsite at Elmwood School. Afternoon tea is provided for students (e.g. sandwiches, fruit). Our experienced leaders provide organised activities such as art and craft, cooking, games, and sports. Children also have time for free play both inside and outside. Homework supervision and help is given to students upon request from a parent.

$18.90 per session (3 pm-6 pm)

Bookings

Bookings can be made through our online booking system at https://enrolmy.com/elmwood-oscar

Bookings can be made and amended up until 48 hours before the session starts by logging into your Enrolmy account. Any cancellations or absences made after this can only be done by texting the OSCAR number 027-733-7209.

Last minute cancellations and absences will usually be charged the full fee unless the place can be filled

OSCAR Subsidy

Out of School Care and Recreation (OSCAR) Subsidy is a payment that helps families with the costs of before-school and after-school programmes for up to 20 hours a week during term time and up to 50 hours a week during school holidays.
